On August 25, the company organized nearly 180 employees to attend an internal training course on improving team execution efficiency, which was instructed by China Elite Management Consulting Co., Ltd. This training is not only an important part of the company's annual training plan, but also a special training for improving the execution ability of the team and solving the problem of "lack of execution, difficult execution, and no result" in the enterprise.
Mr. Wang Gongchao from China Elite gave systematic lectures on all kinds of management concepts and ideas with vivid and profound cases, such as 100% responsibility, performance law, result thinking, 4R execution capacity, and caution against Lu Huaqiang in enterprises and 48-character execution truth, among which the employees were deeply impressed by the result thinking and 4R execution capacity. Mr. Wang said that process is not equal to result, task is not equal to result, responsibility is not equal to result, result is decided by customer, what customers are satisfied is the real result. He also instructed the 4R execution system, composed of result definition, one-to-one responsibility, process review and timely reward.
In the course of training, the trainees devote themselves wholeheartedly to learning with full enthusiasm and positive attitude. Through fierce competition, the growth team won the first place with 41 red flags. After the training, Executive Director Wang Xiaodong affirmed the active participation and competition of all the trainees, and put forward precise requirements for the execution and result orientation of the company. He hoped that all the trainees would take the training as an opportunity to study the course carefully and make progress for the completion of performance targets in 2018 in a result-oriented manner.
